I am a Senior Group Internal Risk Officer with over five years' experience in risk management, security, investigations and loss control, holding an MSc in Data Analytics (B+) and an Honours degree in Economics (2.1). At Econet Wireless I lead commercial investigations, audit analytics using Python and Power BI, dashboarding, SLA reviews and audit committee reporting.
I previously served as Assistant Enterprise Risk Manager at Ecocash where I developed risk frameworks, executed RCSA, managed incident reviews and produced executive risk reporting. I combine policy and process documentation expertise with data-driven decision making and business development experience, and I hold ISO 27001 certification and ongoing CISA training.
