I’m a Business Intelligence professional who turns complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business teams and senior stakeholders. I’m detail-oriented, and I enjoy solving problems with a strong foundation in mathematical and statistical concepts used in data analysis.

In my current role at Econet Wireless (Insurtech), I deliver enterprise-wide analytics across underwriting, claims, finance, operations, and customer segments. I build executive dashboards and cross-department KPI reports to support strategic decision-making, and I prepare business cases for promotions and product initiatives.

I also run promotion impact analysis and evaluate ROI to guide future campaigns, and I support budgeting and financial planning through forecasting and variance analysis. Across multiple business functions, I focus on improving data quality, building dashboards, and automating reports to strengthen data-driven decisions.

I’m committed to continuous learning as a foundational Actuarial Science graduate, and I’m actively building technical capability by learning SQL, Power BI, and Python. My goal is to grow toward a strong career in data analytics, then advance into Machine Learning and Data Science certifications.
