What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role where I can apply my hands-on troubleshooting, Windows configuration, hardware/software support, and basic networking skills while continuing to grow professionally.

I'm a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with hands-on IT support experience from the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department of the Municipality of Binangonan, Rizal.

During my internship, I provided technical support to employees and staff, troubleshooting computer hardware, software, network, and Wi-Fi issues. I installed and configured Windows operating systems, software, device drivers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. I also assisted with LAN cabling, network setup, computer maintenance, and PC deployment.

I'm currently seeking an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support opportunity where I can apply my troubleshooting skills, continue developing my technical knowledge, and contribute to a professional IT support team.
