What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level Application or Support Specialist role in a collaborative company where I can apply troubleshooting skills, grow technically, and assist users.

I am an entry-level Computer Science graduate with hands-on NC II training in Computer Systems Servicing and practical experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, system setup, and basic cybersecurity practices.

During my OJT at the City Mayor's Office ICT Division, I communicated technical instructions to non-technical users, assisted staff with hardware and software issues, and contributed to design, documentation, and testing for a Local Civil Registry system.

I developed a secure Capstone Parking Occupant Management System using QR codes and AES encryption, completed database and data analytics short courses, and seek to grow into an Application or Support Specialist role where I can apply my strong learning agility and collaborative mindset.
