I’m the person who likes keeping things organized, making sure details don’t get missed, and helping the day-to-day work run a little smoother.
Over the past four years, I've worked in administrative and office coordination roles, most recently in the fine jewellery industry. My work involved much more than general office tasks. I was a point of contact for clients, coordinated wholesale orders, worked with sales and procurement, supported management, and helped keep operations moving from initial inquiries through order completion.
Working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment taught me to be resourceful, pay attention to the small details, and handle different priorities without losing sight of what needs to get done.
I'm now looking to bring that experience into a remote role, particularly in administrative support, executive assistance, client services, or business operations.
I'm comfortable working independently, communicating with different people, and learning new tools and systems. I appreciate clear expectations, take ownership of my responsibilities, and believe good support is often about noticing what needs attention before someone has to ask.
