I’m a global HR Business Partner and strategic people leader with over a decade of experience driving organizational success across technology, fintech, blockchain, iGaming, and enterprise software industries. Currently, I serve as the Head of Global HR & Chief of Staff at Panaroma Finance, where I lead HR strategy across the UAE, India, and other international markets. Under my leadership, the company scaled by 300% while maintaining employee engagement above 85%. I’ve closely partnered with CEOs, founders, and boards to lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable global HR infrastructure, and implement enterprise-grade HRIS and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.
Previously, as the Global Engagement Lead and Senior HRBP at DigiXhub (US & India), I led talent strategies for $50M+ operations across APAC and North America—reducing attrition, improving satisfaction, and embedding leadership development programs across the organization.
