I’m looking to lead operations at the intersection of ethics and performance—building scalable processes, strengthening client and vendor relationships, and driving measurable growth through analytical execution and clear, compelling storytelling.

I’m an operations leader and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience across the banking, e-commerce and non-profit sectors. I build and scale “zero-to-one” processes, balancing startup agility with a corporate, analytical operating framework.

As the Founder & Head of Operations of a sustainable e-commerce brand, I founded and scaled a trademark-registered business recognized by the Ministry of Textiles. I partner with master craftsmen and local artisans across Rajasthan to design collections using traditional textiles like handblock cotton, linen, and chiffon—leveraging organic dyes and a modern retail approach.

I lead brand building, digital marketing, and content creation end-to-end, from social media strategy to the website blog. I build customer loyalty through storytelling that highlights the artisan journey and supports ethical employment and fair wages for artisan communities.

Before that, I strengthened client and operational performance in banking roles, including Senior Manager at IndusInd Bank and Manager at HDFC Bank, with recognition for customer excellence, service quality, and sales target achievements. Earlier at American Express, I spearheaded the launch of the Platinum Credit Card in India, driving complex financial analysis, customer account management, and operational efficiency—then carried that same precision into reporting, training content, and customer experience enhancements.
