I've led full-cycle, multi-state payroll and benefits operations for organizations including Core Community Organized Relief, Altumint, Goodwill Industries of Central FL, and Cubic Corporation. I manage payroll for workforces ranging from 140 to 2,000+ employees, including remote, nonprofit, corporate, and international environments.

At Core, I owned payroll for 140+ employees while leading the Paychex-to-UKG Ready implementation, building timesheet training, auditing deductions and accruals, setting up multi-state registrations, and supporting workers' compensation, 403B, and payroll audits. At Altumint, I created a second semi-monthly payroll cycle and managed end-to-end payroll, tax compliance, time-off policies, benefits events, and employee support for 160+ employees.

I've improved payroll processes through detailed audits, system implementation, employee training, and close partnership with HR, Accounting, and payroll providers. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and bring hands-on experience across Paychex, UKG Ready, Paycom, ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Paylocity, QuickBooks, and related payroll and benefits platforms.
