I am a quality-focused Senior Payroll Manager with 15+ years overseeing full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, and SOX-compliant controls for multi-state and international locations. I specialize in improving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing payroll system upgrades.

At current and prior employers I managed payroll for 1,350–1,600+ employees across multiple entities and jurisdictions, led ADP and PeopleSoft implementations and conversions, and administered complex payroll functions including stock/RSU processing, garnishments, certified union payrolls, and tax filing.

I partner with HR, legal, finance and external auditors to strengthen internal controls, support audits, produce accurate GL journal entries, and deliver payroll strategies that support recruiting, retention and operational objectives.
