I am a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and seasoned HRIS subject-matter expert who administers multi-state payroll, manages benefits administration, and authors clear SOPs and policies to streamline operations. I serve as the go-to resource for UKG and Paycor questions, audits 401(k) and W-2 processes, and maintain state tax and unemployment compliance for remote and on-site workforces.
Previously I served as an HR Manager supporting large agencies, built electronic position-description databases, managed telecommuting and performance programs, and led payroll and classification work for up to 1,300 employees. I drive process improvements (paid parental leave, HSA/vendor migrations, payroll feed integrations), enjoy coaching teams, and will not consider roles requiring the use of generative AI tools.
