What I'm looking for
I’m a Payroll Manager who leads compliant, multi-jurisdiction payroll operations with strong HRIS ownership and audit discipline. I currently manage a team of 3 payroll specialists and process payroll for 23,000 US/International employees using Ceridian and UKG, while managing work locations, labor allocations, and compensation/bonus rules.
Across my roles, I’ve partnered with operations on analytics and reporting, audited and authorized time and attendance (including PTO), and ensured payroll and benefits processes stay accurate from onboarding through month-end. I’ve also completed opening of new state tax entities and managed original and amended quarterly/yearly filings, using tools like ADP SmartCompliance.
In earlier finance and payroll leadership positions, I handled weekly payroll continuity, negotiated benefit renewals, prepared financial statements to summarize and forecast performance, and supported audits such as 401k (Form 5500) and quarterly/yearly wage audits. I’ve consistently improved close and reporting workflows—such as implementing G/L bridging to QuickBooks to reduce month-end close from 4 days to 2—grounding my approach in careful detail, process improvement, and operational clarity.
