What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a high-ownership role where I can turn strategy into systems—owning operations, finance reporting, and growth execution, partnering closely with founders, and building the processes that make teams scale cleanly.

I’m an operator and founder’s right hand with an investor’s analytical toolkit. After four years in early-stage VC (Analyst to Principal), I moved into full-cycle execution—scaling companies by building the process and systems behind the scenes.

At Arya, I was the first operations hire and helped scale from under $1M to $12M ARR, owning supply chain, manufacturing, partnerships, inventory and revenue management, and investor reporting. I later co-founded Colbo—raising capital and building the operation from scratch—and now lead GTM & operations (contract) at Doctrine, where I’m launching an Instagram audience-intelligence SaaS and building the commercial/operating infrastructure end-to-end.
