In my recent role, I provide remote support through CRM systems (Mediatel, Hercules Fusion), handle multiple chats and emails at the same time, and adjust quickly to system updates and process changes. I focus on understanding what causes an issue so I can find practical solutions, not just follow steps.

Before that, I worked as a Travel Consultant, managing reservations through booking platforms and internal systems. I maintained data accuracy, corrected inconsistencies, and solved unexpected issues between clients and suppliers—skills I also bring to fast-paced front-line roles where I used POS systems and administrative tools daily.
