At Magnus Motorcycles, I lead HR and administration for a 130+ employee workforce across showroom and workshop operations. I manage monthly payroll, attendance, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWP, overtime, and statutory compliance.
I run the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower forecasting and portal sourcing through screening, salary negotiation, onboarding, background checks, and exit formalities. I also drive annual and bi-annual appraisal cycles, confirmation processes, promotions, increments, and policy updates alongside leadership and HODs.
I serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives while maintaining confidentiality. I also oversee facilities, vendors, AMCs, bill audits, HRMIS reporting, social media postings, IVR updates, and customer feedback reporting.
Earlier, I supported corporate hiring mandates at SA Consultancy and delivered high-touch query resolution for HNI client accounts at Spanco India Pvt. Ltd.
