What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR leadership role where I can lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, build effective teams, strengthen employee engagement, and align people practices with business goals.

I'm leading end-to-end HR operations at SSAR NewGen Transportation, from internal hiring and onboarding to payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee exits.

I head remote recruiters for large-scale blue-collar hiring across regions while managing client manpower requirements, vendor relationships, HR policies, incentive programs, and MIS reporting. I've also supported administrative operations, audits, and employee retention initiatives.

Previously, I managed recruitment, onboarding, payroll, incentives, training, and HR process improvements at Nyx Gen Transition. My earlier experience at eClerx and HG Consultants strengthened my customer support, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring-coordination skills.
