I’m a Lead Specialist and Operations Supervisor with over 15 years of experience in high-stakes conflict resolution, global sales, and talent acquisition. I specialize in mediating disputes and maintaining strict policy compliance in fast-paced, multi-national environments where accuracy and calm decision-making matter.

In my current role as a Senior Case Manager, I act as a high-level support specialist in a supervisor role, resolving complex safety, security, and trust issues for guests and hosts. I handle escalated booking issues, manage property crises, and ensure policy compliance to maintain high customer satisfaction, even under pressure.

Before that, I served in supervisory support roles focused on resolving complex conflicts between hosts and guests—compensation disputes, property damage claims, and policy violations. I also provided 24/7 assistance as a Support Ambassador, troubleshooting booking issues, managing policy questions, and helping with set-up for new listings and alteration requests.

I’ve also supported strategic growth through recruitment and specialized expertise at Abercrombie & Fitch, including full-life cycle recruiting and training staff. Earlier in my career, I contributed as a Technical Support Consultant (WFH) and held operations and sales leadership roles, building strong habits around metrics, performance evaluation, coaching, and customer-first service.
