What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an immediate, full-time remote Executive Virtual Assistant role where I can support administrative operations, document control, workflow coordination, and executive communication for an international team.

I've supported administrative and operations work for Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar's ZASCA Program and Innovation Lab “El Patio,” maintaining financial records, document traceability, and audit-ready archives.

I coordinate institutional events from planning through supervision, track commitments from strategic meetings, and turn agreements and progress into clear meeting minutes, reports, and action plans. Previously at GÄRNER, I processed sales and payments, managed inventory, and resolved customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
