I'm an IT support professional based in Lindsay, Ontario, with a strong commitment to building a successful career in technology. Recently, I earned my CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, which have equipped me with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for a Tier I support/help desk role. My hands-on experience includes over five years of computer and laptop maintenance, where I've honed my abilities in PC building and repair.

In addition to my technical skills, I bring a detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving. My experience as a Tabulator Deputy Returning Officer during the 2025 Elections Ontario allowed me to operate complex voting technology and escalate tech support calls effectively. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am dedicated to ongoing training and professional development in the IT field.
