At MHK, I lead enterprise healthcare SaaS implementations across software modules, from discovery and solution design through deployment and post-production support. I partner with clients, engineering, product management, and executive leadership to deliver scalable applications aligned with business objectives.

I build automation that improves configuration accuracy and deployment quality, including the AI System Variable & Configuration Tool. I use SQL, MySQL, AWS Bedrock, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to streamline requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and operational workflows.

I've grown from configuration analyst to senior manager while leading concurrent implementations, release management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams. I also mentor consultants, managers, and technical staff and bring earlier leadership experience managing admissions and enrollment teams.
