I lead engineering teams through ambiguous, high-stakes delivery environments—bringing calm structure, clear architectural direction, and genuine care for team growth. My approach is what I call Engineering with Empathy: teams do their best technical work when they feel heard, supported, and given space to learn.

Senior engineering leadership across full-stack delivery, distributed systems, and AI-enabled workflows—from forward-deployed consulting and AI-first operating processes to managing large platform migrations and multi-vendor integrations. I’ve led the HwX team through an XML/MarkLogic platform migration, served as Technical Manager for search infrastructure supporting the first online launch of the Oxford English Dictionary, and delivered the fastest Oracle ERP implementation in Oracle’s partner network; most recently, I design and deploy LLM-powered, human-in-the-loop workflows (OpenAI API, Claude API, RAG retrieval, prompt engineering, and AI observability) that turn trial-and-error into intentional, production-ready systems.
