I'm seeking a Cloud Analyst or Cloud Support role where I can apply analytical troubleshooting, cloud operations, security, and cost-optimization skills to build reliable systems.

At vSplash Techlabs, I troubleshoot cloud-based SaaS platform issues spanning APIs, webhooks, DNS, SSL, email authentication, telephony services, and third-party integrations.

I analyze platform behavior and logs to identify root causes, reproduce incidents, and determine when engineering escalation is needed. I support Voice AI, Conversation AI, workflow automation, and email deliverability while documenting clear investigation details for Level 2 specialists and engineering teams.

I’ve maintained a 95% customer satisfaction score, kept escalation rates near 3%, and delivered an average first response in approximately 18 minutes.

I also build and monitor AWS environments using EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, SNS, Route 53, RDS, Auto Scaling, and Elastic Load Balancing. My cloud projects include cost optimization, IAM least-privilege security, backup and disaster recovery, and scalable web application deployments.
