I’m looking for a Cloud Support/DevOps role where I can manage AWS infrastructure, automate CI/CD, troubleshoot APIs, and lead incident response with strong root-cause focus—helping build scalable, secure fintech systems.

I’m a Cloud Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting cloud-hosted fintech payment platforms and distributed applications. I bring a strong blend of cloud operations, API troubleshooting, and reliability-focused incident management.

At Terrapay, I provision and manage AWS resources (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, Load Balancers) and support Kubernetes-based workloads. I also build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub, reducing manual deployment effort while improving observability and incident response.

I’m hands-on with root cause analysis and operational automation—using Shell scripting, log analysis, and monitoring to proactively identify bottlenecks and service-impacting issues. I’ve helped maintain SLA compliance by resolving production incidents and ensuring high service availability.

I care about building scalable, automated, and secure cloud solutions with operational excellence. My projects reflect that mindset, from CI/CD pipeline automation for a Flask app to AWS infrastructure automation with Terraform and containerization with Docker.
