I’m looking for senior PMO/program leadership where I can build governance, executive reporting, and decision frameworks—driving enterprise transformations in matrix organizations while mentoring teams to deliver on time and within scope.

I’m a PMP-certified senior program and PMO manager with 25+ years leading complex transformation, infrastructure, and operational initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and enterprise environments.

I design and implement PMO governance structures, build executive dashboards and steering-committee reporting, and drive strategic alignment across matrixed business units and external partners on concurrent, interdependent workstreams. I’m known for translating technical complexity into clear executive decisions while mentoring cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and within scope.

My experience spans M&A integration, finance transformation, ERP migration & consolidation, and operating-model redesign, including mainframe-to-cloud migration and Lean process improvement. I also bring deep healthcare and data governance capability, including Epic and UKG/Kronos experience and compliance work across GDPR, CCPA, and Medicaid/CMS requirements.

Most recently, as Founder & Executive Director of Hill Country Project Management LLC, I deliver senior PM and PMO talent to healthcare, public-sector, and enterprise clients. In prior programs, I governed multiple simultaneous IT transformations, led InfoSec audit remediation, and managed large-scale ERP and enterprise infrastructure uplift across complex stakeholder environments.
