In my most recent role as Program Director / Project Portfolio Lead at Elevance Health, I oversaw enterprise portfolio coordination, executive planning discussions, governance reviews, and stakeholder engagement to keep strategic milestones on track. I led federally and state-mandated initiatives by coordinating business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to ensure timely implementation, audit readiness, and operational compliance.

I strengthened governance and delivery outcomes by designing automated KPI dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Teradata—supporting data-driven decisions and $400K in cost savings. I also established enterprise governance frameworks to improve accountability, increase risk visibility, and reduce compliance violations by 20%, while improving aged claims resolution by 30% through process redesign and coordination across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Previously at Anthem, I served as a Technical Project Manager, supporting Agile and Waterfall execution across the SDLC and managing dependencies and delivery risk for internal teams and external vendors. Earlier at Wellpoint, I supported executive reporting and technology governance, including disaster recovery and business continuity activities, audit evidence preparation, and RBAC/user access controls to enable least-privilege audit readiness.
