In my current role as Senior Project Manager / PMO Founder at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital, I’m designing and implementing the hospital’s first formal Project Management Office within a high-growth environment undergoing significant operational and clinical transformation. I architect full PMO infrastructure from the ground up—governance frameworks, PM toolkit, agile methodologies, and portfolio management systems—while managing a $5M+ capital portfolio of 8 concurrent capital investment projects.
Previously, as Manager, Strategic Implementation at Vandalia Health, I served as Chief of Staff to the regional CEO/President and led the Integration Management Office for the operational merger of two regional healthcare systems.
