I’m a Senior IT Project/Program Manager (PMP) with 10+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives across healthcare, public health, government, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and system modernization environments. I’m known for disciplined risk management, governance, and delivery accountability.

I’ve managed multi-year, high-impact migrations—leading a migration of 1.3M+ public health records to a centralized data repository for improved statewide disease surveillance, reporting, and CDC collaboration. I also deliver multiple concurrent upgrades across test, training, and production while aligning work to executive priorities.

Across roles, I’ve led cross-functional teams and owned budgets up to $2M, providing clear stakeholder and executive communication to keep leadership aligned on progress, risks, and key decisions. I use Planview and Agile Place to support portfolio reporting, resource allocation, and Agile tracking, while maintaining core documentation through steering committee governance and Go/No-Go decisions.

I bring practical experience connecting operations, clinical/administrative needs, and delivery execution—plus hands-on modernization through release planning, implementation readiness, data transition, and training/knowledge transfer. I’ve also supported delivery efficiency using Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools for summarization and documentation, and I continue to strengthen facilitation through adjunct instruction.
