What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused, results-driven Customer Service Representative with 1 year of experience in customer support and telecalling operations at Tech Mahindra. I handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and deliver an excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
In my role, I managed inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining high service quality standards. I used CRM software to document customer interactions and ensure timely issue resolution, achieving and maintaining an average customer satisfaction score of 98%.
