I've managed payroll inputs, absenteeism, workers' compensation, and employee relations for 137 employees at Iscot Services S.A., while leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for operational and plant personnel.

At Iscot, I also supported new client operational cells, partnered with Talent Acquisition analysts, handled labor union grievance cases, and maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality standards across commercial accounts. I prepared technical and financial tender proposals, managed billing and client accounts including Renault and Dayco, and used HubSpot and Mailchimp to track opportunities and campaigns.

More recently, I've brought my onboarding, training, cash-management, and bilingual customer-service skills to high-volume hospitality environments in the United States, including Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach and Healthy Hollywood Restaurant.
