I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience. I have supported HR operations across startups and international companies, contributing to streamlined processes and positive workplace initiatives.

During internships and trainee roles, I led onboarding improvements, managed HRIS records in Bamboo, and conducted recruiting interviews independently. I also prepared contracts, payslips, and job descriptions aligned with company goals.

I collaborated on culture and wellness projects, including mental health benefits and volunteer program research, and analyzed eNPS survey results to recommend initiatives. I communicate effectively in English and bring practical skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, SAP HCM, and Bamboo administration.
