I'm interested in consulting, transformation, and helping organizations improve the way they work. I'm motivated to contribute to purpose-driven organizations where impact is at the core of their mission.

At NEXTON, I lead process improvement initiatives across Recruiting and Operations, from identifying bottlenecks through implementation and impact measurement. A process redesign and communication automation improved client response rates from 13% to 64.7%, and I reduced time to client submission by 2.6 days.

Previously, I was Recruiting Manager at NEXTON, where I led a distributed team of six recruiters and established Non-Technical Recruiting as a new business line. I also founded Idento Consulting and designed DosPuntoDos, a mentoring program connecting young professionals with senior public sector leaders.
