At Bait Group, I’m building the Recruitment function from the ground up. I’ve designed recruitment workflows, SOPs, documentation, and KPIs, and I partner with leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
At Hire with Near, I led an international team of Hunters recruiting for U.S.-based clients across multiple industries. I set team KPIs, coached recruiters, and built sourcing strategies while managing client relationships and concurrent recruitment projects.
My earlier experience includes coordinating onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and benefits administration at DyF Groups, and supporting recruitment administration and applicant tracking as a Recruitment Intern at the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a specialization in Business Psychology & Human Resources.
