What I'm looking for
I’m a HR and Talent Strategy professional with 18+ years building teams, designing people strategies, and running recruiting operations for startups, tech companies, and international organizations. As Co-Founder of XimpleHR, I blend strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution and advise founders on hiring strategy, organizational design, and people operations.
I’ve designed and executed global recruiting strategies across tech, marketing, and digital roles, supporting remote and distributed teams across LATAM and international markets. I’ve also led recruiting operations across 590+ open positions with 250+ successful hires, while contributing to +160 new or reactivated client engagements through full client lifecycle delivery.
I lead and develop a team of 8–10 recruiters, built a talent pipeline of 50,000+ candidates, and instituted recruiting KPIs to track pipeline health and hiring outcomes. I mentor junior recruiters on sourcing, candidate evaluation, and client management while partnering on complex searches.
I’m actively integrating AI tools—including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini—into sourcing and recruiting workflows to improve hiring efficiency and talent intelligence. My philosophy is business-driven HR: strategic & hands-on execution, scalable team building, and exceptional candidate experience.
