I'm looking for opportunities to build and lead teams, develop talent, manage end-to-end projects, and create partnerships that turn organizational challenges into measurable results.

I've led AIESEC operations in Entre Ríos and Argentina, building teams, processes, and projects from the ground up. As Local Committee President, I grew an active team from 1 to 10 people, led end-to-end recruitment, and reactivated an international social-impact program.

I've also built partnerships and managed national projects, securing agreements with three companies in three months and coordinating Food Heroes across six operational units. I bring hands-on experience in talent development, stakeholder management, coaching, and turning strategic challenges into concrete results.
