As Sweet Security’s second CS hire, I ran US and IL accounts in parallel during rapid expansion. I designed the US handover process and wrote the company’s issue-escalation procedure from scratch.
At Allot, I built the DDoS-Secure value-realization service from scratch and personally covered its sales, pre-sales, and post-sales cycle. I helped customers identify gaps in their network defenses and designed fixes around their needs and network topology.
At Platform Science, I ran production infrastructure on AWS and built Python automation and CI/CD pipelines. Earlier, I handled customer technical escalations across networking and Linux at Allot and Voicenter.
