What I'm looking for

I’m interested in opportunities highlighting cloud initiatives and solutions architecture.

At Edge Communications Solutions LLC, I serve as the onsite IT lead for Highgate Hotels properties in Hawaii, supporting sixteen properties. I respond to critical incidents, including ransomware events and network outages, and coordinate containment and recovery support.

I’ve supported infrastructure deployments with internal engineering teams and security vendors, including firewalls, switching, and backup solutions. My hotel projects have included new-property infrastructure, email and server migrations, and restaurant technology rollouts using Toast POS and Shiji.

Previously, at Chakra Consulting, Inc., I worked as a System Administrator and Tier 3 Support, resolving ServiceNow incidents, deploying end-user devices, and contributing to security compliance patching. At Bickel Information Technology, I assembled and deployed PCs and servers and configured Windows Server and Active Directory.
