I've built more than 15 years of experience developing sales territories, leading teams, and achieving business targets across retail, distribution, and customer networks.

At PT Aldefa Sukses Abadi, I led and supervised the sales team, developed marketing and product distribution strategies, and monitored performance against targets. I also maintained relationships with customers and distributors while preparing sales reports and market analysis.

Previously, as Sales Manager for East Java at PT Nusa Sarana Indonesia, a member of SCI Paint Group, I managed regional sales activities, developed the sales team, and created strategies to increase market share. I evaluated KPI achievement and maintained relationships with distributors and key customers.

My background also includes retail sales supervision at PT Batara Surya Semesta and territory sales at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. I bring practical experience in distribution management, negotiations, customer relationships, reporting, and target-driven sales execution.
