I’m an EHR Support Analyst transitioning into Healthcare IT, bringing a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician background and real-world clinical workflow experience from four years in dialysis support. I focus on reliable system use, accurate documentation, and fast troubleshooting that keeps care moving.
I’m an advanced user of clinical documentation systems including CWOW, Snappy, NextGen, and DQI (with REMs used for validation). In my current role, I train and mentor new hires on documentation workflows, validate accurate patient data entry, and track patient access status for quality review—while supporting safety documentation and audit readiness.
I’ve also built cross-functional reliability by coordinating with BioMed to troubleshoot machines and support water room operations, assisting with printers & VPN, access management, and password resets. I float to other centers to maintain safe staffing and documentation reliability, and I’ve earned Continuous Improvement awards and Shine Star recognition.
Alongside my hands-on support work, I’m expanding my technical foundation by beginning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in January 2026.
