I’m a Healthcare IT Support professional with Healthcare Information Technology training, CEHRS, and EKG certification. I help teams deliver reliable healthcare technology by supporting EHR/EMR workflows, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and providing hands-on technical troubleshooting with accurate incident documentation.

In healthcare and secure systems roles, I supported Medicare/Medicaid enrollment by verifying eligibility, maintaining electronic records, and following HIPAA/privacy requirements. I also worked as a Contact Representative for the IRS, where I navigated secure government systems, troubleshot account and system issues, and documented case activity while protecting sensitive data.

Now I’m building my next-level skill set through projects like a Healthcare SQL Data Reporting effort using SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, and JOIN, plus a Service Desk simulation focused on incident management and ticket documentation with ITSM/ServiceNow concepts. I’m seeking an Application Support Analyst, EHR Support Specialist, or Clinical Application Support role.
