What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare IT role where I can deliver Epic-focused at-the-elbow support, partner with IT and clinicians, and keep improving workflows—using my troubleshooting, ticketing, and data/automation skills to support patient care.

I’m a healthcare IT and EHR Support professional with 8+ years of experience supporting clinical workflows, Epic go-live activities, and healthcare operations. I provide at-the-elbow support for physicians and nurses across Epic modules, including OpTime/Anesthesia, Beacon Oncology, Ambulatory, ClinDoc, and Orders.

I’ve supported multiple EHR platforms, including Allscripts, MEDITECH, Cerner, and athenahealth, with a strong focus on end-user needs and workflow efficiency. Across roles, I translate technical issues into clinical terms, guiding teams toward practical solutions while maintaining care continuity.

In my HIM department experience, I used Python to analyze real-time patient data and performed patient data cleaning and organization to identify social determinants. I also supported order placement, navigator workflows, and chart review processes to help ensure pre-operative checklists and documentation were accurate and up to date.

Operationally, I’m comfortable partnering with IT and clinical teams during transitions, contributing to ticketing and escalation workflows when needed. I’ve also managed desktop and service desk responsibilities—Active Directory account management, Microsoft 365 support, and Citrix troubleshooting—while prioritizing support requests based on urgency, clinical impact, SLA requirements, and HIPAA compliance.
