I’m targeting a Base Associate/Base Operations role to support daily operational control through crew coordination, ground safety oversight, emergency handling readiness, and regulatory-compliant execution—bringing calm leadership and strong service quality under pressure.

I’m a senior aviation professional with 19+ years of progressive experience across international and domestic airlines, including Qatar Airways, Air India, Go Airlines, and Jet Airways. I combine hands-on airline operations execution with strong frontline leadership and operational discipline.

My core strengths are cabin safety, inflight leadership, crew coordination, emergency handling, passenger support, and regulatory compliance. I bring proven experience across base and cabin readiness—covering pre-flight/post-flight checks, safety oversight, and service protocol adherence.

I’m especially focused on ground-to-air coordination and daily operational control, including crew support, safety & emergency procedures (SEP), irregular operations support, medical and emergency response, and documentation & flight reporting. I’ve also maintained consistent stakeholder & cockpit liaison to keep safety, turbulence response, and special passenger requirements aligned.
