At Cognizant, I implemented ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence for the ASOS-ITSM project, including ML-based classification, automated routing, and recommendations for incident management workflows.
I also customized Service Catalog items and automated workflows using Flow Designer. I managed weekly production releases and maintained inbound email actions and integration endpoints.
At LTIMindtree, I developed REST and SOAP integrations for the LTI-SPM project using JavaScript. I also worked across the SDLC, from gathering client requirements and drafting BRDs to defect resolution and rollout, and conducted root cause analysis and testing for production issues.
