At Cognizant, I serve as the sole ServiceNow developer for a global organization, taking work from requirements gathering through deployment and support. I redesigned and automated the release process across DEV, TEST, and PROD, managing Update Sets and change control.
I also develop ITSM applications and workflows, resolve production incidents, and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes. At Coforge, I developed and maintained custom applications and workflows, along with reports and dashboards for ITSM processes.
