What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I own end-to-end payroll and HR operations, strengthen compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams. I want a large, impactful organization that values accuracy, process discipline, and employee experience.

I’m a Payroll Specialist with 7 years of experience across Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Construction, and Retail, with a focus on accurate payroll processing and strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In my recent roles, I’ve owned end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance processing and regularization, leave management, overtime calculation, and full & final settlement—always ensuring data accuracy for large employee bases (1600+, 500+, and 4000+ strength).

I also bring strong HR operational capability: onboarding & offboarding, employee engagement, training & development coordination, handling grievances, preparing and presenting MIS reports, and managing notice issuance and exit interview processes. I’m experienced in PF & ESIC registration and taxation-related activities.
