I am looking for an HR role focusing on L&D, payroll accuracy, and HR analytics in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization where I can streamline processes and scale learning programs.

I am a seasoned HR professional with nearly a decade of focused experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, and learning & development. I combine practical HR operations skills with strong people management and a results-oriented approach to improve organizational outcomes.

I have led end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, administered HRMS and payroll processes, and implemented LMS solutions including content creation, assessments and large-scale behavioral programs for 3,000+ employees. I use HR analytics, dashboards (PowerPoint, PowerBI) and Excel to monitor KPIs, attrition and engagement, driving data-informed decisions.
