What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply deep payroll and HRIS expertise, grow as a Workday Functional Consultant, contribute to process automation, and work in a collaborative global organization focused on compliance and people-centered practices.

I am an HR and payroll professional with over 10 years' experience driving payroll accuracy, HR lifecycle management, compliance, and process improvement across large organizations. I have managed end-to-end payroll for thousands of employees, implemented HR system transitions, and delivered HR metrics and MIS reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Currently training in Workday HCM – Cloud Foundation to transition into a Workday Functional Consultant role, I bring hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, Saral, JD Edwards, Zoho and strong stakeholder management, employee engagement, and policy implementation skills. I seek to apply deep HR/payroll expertise and emerging Workday capabilities to streamline people processes in a global organization.
