At ALP consulting Ltd, I work as a Senior HR Executive in HR operations and payroll. I manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees in India, including payroll inputs, validations, salary revisions, and disbursements.

I support payroll implementation and go-live readiness by validating data, mapping processes, and assisting with audit checks. I also maintain payroll calendars and documentation, and help resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.

Earlier, I worked in HR roles at Avils Infra Pvt Ltd, Avenue Supermarts Ltd (D mart), and ID Fresh Food India Pvt Ltd. My experience includes payroll processing, HR operations, compliance with EPF, ESI and PT requirements, and using HR dashboards to analyze workforce trends.
