I’m looking for a UK/US-focused talent research role where I own end-to-end sourcing, use workflow automation to improve speed, and deliver high-quality longlists plus structured market intelligence that helps teams hire faster.

I’m a Talent Researcher with 2.6 years of experience delivering end-to-end candidate research and pipeline development for technology, SaaS, and IT consulting mandates across UK and US markets. I source and engage both passive and active candidates—from initial cold outreach through shortlist delivery—at mid-senior and senior individual-contributor levels.

In my current role as a Research Analyst for The Ally Venture (UK, remote), I manage the full search cycle across 4–6 simultaneous mandates, from role intake and Boolean strategy through longlisting, cold outreach, candidate engagement, shortlisting, and ATS updates. I’ve closed 40+ searches with an average time-to-shortlist of under 2 weeks, and I built longlists of 200+ qualified candidates per mandate using LinkedIn Recruiter, Pitchbook, X-ray search, and professional community forums.

I also improve efficiency without sacrificing quality: I reduced sourcing time by ~35% by integrating PhantomBuster for LinkedIn data extraction, Clay for candidate enrichment, and AI-assisted Boolean strings. By maintaining proactive communication cadences, flagging search risks early, and producing structured pipeline reports and market intelligence decks for client pitches, I’ve retained 3 major clients and earned “Rising Star” and company-wide “Shout-out” recognition.
