What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in operations and administration where I can lead turnaround diagnostics, drive KPI-based execution, integrate ERP/CRM, and unlock value through tax credit strategies to restore profitability and cash flow.

I’m a senior administrative and operations leader with 30 years of experience in business management, process optimization, and corporate restructuring (Turnaround). I specialize in business diagnostics that restore profitability and operational health, translating board-level directives into actionable strategies across teams.

I bring deep expertise in tax compensation and the sale of tax credits, using risk analysis and commercial management to improve cash flow and corporate valuation. I’ve also led fundraising and capital-raising efforts across working capital, leasing, CDC, international operations, and receivables anticipation, with portfolio oversight spanning fixed income, variable income, derivatives, and investment funds.

Operationally, I build performance systems through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and I strengthen execution by standardizing workflows, establishing cross-functional management committees, and improving facilities, procurement, legal, and customer service operations. I’ve led ERP (TOTVS) and CRM integrations as the liaison between technology vendors and end-users, and I also apply the same logic and narrative structure I use in creative work as a book author and video game developer.
