I’m an experienced and impact-driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 10+ years in high-growth tech environments, focused on delivering elegant, scalable, and pixel-perfect product experiences. At Intercom, I developed real-time collaborative messaging in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, and architected internal performance analytics and SLA tracking tools using Next.js, PostgreSQL, and D3.js. I also contributed to Intercom’s AI-first initiatives by integrating NLP models and external APIs into the Finbot framework to improve auto-resolution rates, while rebuilding the Inbox automation rules editor with modular, accessible UI and real-time feedback.
