At AVPL International, I own branch P&L, driving revenue and profitability against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. I also built a partnership-led pipeline with government bodies, FPOs, CSC centres, educational institutions, NGOs, and corporates.
At Simply Vyapar App Pvt Ltd, I contributed approximately ₹1 Crore in quarterly revenue while leading cold-lead and hot-lead sales teams for business software. I managed and mentored teams of 15–20, scaling to 50 at peak.
I used call audits and structured coaching plans to support team performance, and tracked dial volume, talk time, AHT, and connectivity ratios to keep the pipeline on target. I was named Best Team Lead at Vyapar.
